Business Development Manager for Digital Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to lead our Financial Services team in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about connecting their purpose to their work and making a lasting impact on the industry.

This role will allow you to forge deep strategic partnerships, work with industry-leading teams on the frontier of AI deployment across Australia and New Zealand, and leave a lasting mark on the industry through consistently seeking better ways of delivering financial service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee complex accounts, leading planning and prioritization to ensure the right responses to evolving customer needs.
  2. Build trust with customer executives by shaping long-term, mutually beneficial digital transformation strategies in partnership with key internal stakeholders.
  3. Lead extended virtual teams and industry experts, applying best-in-class sales and communication techniques to influence and deliver outcomes.
  4. Translate technical features into clear business impact and measurable outcomes that accelerate customers' digital transformation.
  5. Develop compelling value propositions and tailored business plans that drive business outcomes, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Maintain deep competitive insight, stay ahead of market and industry trends, and act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding, documenting, and aligning solutions with their strategic goals.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales or consulting, driving digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Established track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field and background working with or within the Financial Services industry (such as Insurance or Banking) with relevant experience in consulting or technology.
