Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide mental health services to adults experiencing difficulties related to mental health problems, cognitive impairment, or developmental disorders.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Provision of mental health services in accordance with ethical standards using evidence-based practice assessment and intervention.
- Case management experience in a human services field.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
- Cultural competence and experience working with diverse client groups.
- Knowledge of behavioural change techniques and correctional rehabilitation research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing high-quality reports and case notes.
- Familiarity with legislation, policies, and procedures.
