Marketing Cloud Specialist

Manage and maintain a Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management and cleansing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and journeys.
  • Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
