Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Federal Government Client's ICT project team, you will play a pivotal role in developing requirements and ensuring compliance.

  • Analyzing stakeholder objectives and identifying underlying issues is a critical component of this position.
  • You will be responsible for developing plans and selecting techniques to meet objectives, providing advice and guidance to stakeholders, and identifying business benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analysing Stakeholder Objectives: This involves understanding the needs and expectations of various stakeholders and identifying potential roadblocks.
  2. Developing Plans and Selecting Techniques: You will work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive plans and select appropriate techniques to achieve objectives.
  3. Providing Advice and Guidance: As a Business Analyst, you will provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on best practices and procedures.
  4. Identifying Business Benefits: Your analytical skills will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions that drive business value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in ICT business analysis and process modelling is required.
  • You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Agile and SAFe principles experience is highly desirable, as is knowledge of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
