Full-Time Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality services to individuals with disabilities across the Mid-North Coast region.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working from home, offering a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adults to children, in community settings. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to comprehensive support and supervision from Senior Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally appropriate assessments and interventions to individuals with disabilities who require language, literacy, voice, and communication support.
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based services that meet the goals and requirements of each client's NDIS plan.
  • Participate in support planning processes to ensure coordinated service provision.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to address eating, drinking, and communication needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • A valid driver's license (tools of trade cars provided).
  • Experience applying evidence-based practice frameworks to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate clinical supports.
  • The ability to work flexibly, person-centred, and strengths-based across diverse settings.
  • A willingness to contribute to and develop your professional skills through our internal practice communities.
