About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct assessments, create personalized therapy plans, and provide evidence-based treatment to clients across various settings, including NDIS and private homes, schools, or through telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs
- Create tailored therapy plans based on evidence-based practices
- Deliver therapy sessions to clients in various settings
- Maintain accurate progress notes and write reports as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 per year, plus superannuation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive new graduate program, which includes:
- 6-month training and development program
- Ongoing supervision and support from senior clinicians
- Flexible work arrangements, including 8-day or 9-day fortnight options
- $4,000 professional development allowance each financial year
- Travel allowance of 96 cents per kilometer, reimbursed monthly
