**About The Role**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary disability services team in the Mid-North Coast region.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with Senior Practitioners and other Allied Health Professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based client-centered services. You will be responsible for providing culturally appropriate assessment and interventions to individuals with disabilities who require language, literacy, voice, and specific eating, drinking, or total communication support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based clinical supports that meet the goals and allocated hours of clients' NDIS plans.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including family members and carers, to ensure effective service provision.

**Requirements:**

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a passion for supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals.
