- They will also possess highly effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to the school leadership team, including scheduling meetings and appointments, managing emails and correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate events and activities across the school, including workshops, seminars, and other programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, staff, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with the school's mission and values, ensuring that they are up-to-date and relevant.
- A high level of analytical, administration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Possession of tertiary qualifications as a teacher, including NSW teacher accreditation (or capacity to obtain this), and a current, valid Working with Children's Check.
