We are seeking a skilled legal secretary to join our busy property team. As a key member of our team, you will assist with the growing demands in property development matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing new files and collating contracts and other documents
  • Database management and searches
  • Coordinating settlements and finance tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a legal secretary or conveyancing assistant (law firm or conveyancing practice)
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • IT savvy with strong technical skills
  • Strong communication skills and an energetic and ambitious attitude
