Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary, based in Miranda, NSW. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, scheduling appointments, maintaining legal files, and assisting with client communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications
- Experience with legal correspondence and document preparation
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Proficiency in maintaining legal files and records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in using legal software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment
