Role Overview: As an Employment Coach or Disability Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in enhancing the careers and lives of individuals. Our organization has been a leader in education, training, and employment for over 45 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve KPIs linked to placing job seekers into sustainable employment
- Organize appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
- Deliver high-quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our job seekers
- Business development - sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent relationship building, business development, and marketing skills
- Team player
- Ability to help customers from all walks of life
- Excellent communications skills
- Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Strong digital and administration skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
