Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide guidance and support to employees and leaders in our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end HR activities, delivering advice on complex matters in a timely and efficient manner.

This role requires the ability to interact and develop strong relationships at all levels, with a passion for developing and coaching others in the team around specialist skill sets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ER/IR advice to managers on a broad range of HR issues, while offering operational advisory support to employees and managers across Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing sound advice to managers on ER/IR matters and complex performance management activities
  • Mentoring and coaching employees to develop specialist skill sets
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and projects based on relevant legislation and best practices
  • Navigating complex industrial instruments and policies to support ER/IR cases and performance management activities
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Experience in a similar generalist or business partner role in a multi-national organization
  • Advanced understanding and interpretation of Awards, EA's and the Fair Work Act
  • Knowledge of HR systems processes and tools
