Our organization is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to play a key role in attracting and placing top talent.
This end-to-end recruitment delivery position includes:
- Attracting and placing the best candidates for business needs
- Managing volume recruitment processes, including assessments, phone screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
- Supporting Hiring Managers in the selection process and providing expert guidance
To be successful, you will need:
- Volume/project recruitment experience, preferably within an internal Talent Acquisition function
- Experience in recruitment and HRIS systems
- Strong consulting skills and ability to articulate the TA service model
