Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an Executive Manager to lead our Hindsight team, responsible for overseeing credit decisions within authorised Credit Authority Limits (CAL).

This leadership role will involve guiding a dynamic team of eight professionals in monitoring adherence to approved CALs, quality of analysis and risk assessment, and compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk management and people leadership within the financial services industry, with hands-on decisioning experience and a deep understanding of Credit Risk, including regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of eight professionals in monitoring credit decisions and adherence to approved CALs.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality credit evaluation standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conduct risk management.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
