Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our team. As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in improving systematic data reporting. Your expertise will contribute significantly to designing and managing Business Intelligence environments, optimizing existing reporting structures, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Manage Business Intelligence Environments
    • Develop and implement efficient centralized datasets or data marts
    • Manage and maintain Business Intelligence environments like Microsoft Azure and Power BI
  • Optimize Existing Reporting Structures
    • Develop and implement data visualization methods to aid decision-making
    • Work alongside other reporting teams to enhance systematic data reporting processes
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement Innovative Data Presentation Methods
    • Develop and implement innovative data presentation methods to aid decision-making across various regions

Requirements

  • Complex SQL and Data Modelling
  • Experience with Databricks, Azure, and preferably GCP
  • ETL Process Expertise
  • DBT Proficiency for Modelling and Validation
  • Familiarity with Big Data Technologies like Hadoop and Spark
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing Solutions
  • Power BI Administration Skills including Workspace Management and Security Control
  • Proficiency in Developing Power BI Dashboards and Visualizations
  • Experience in CI/CD Processes and Agile Methodology
  • Experience with Python Applications
  • Significant Experience or Equivalent Education or Training in Data and Reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Data Visualization Developer in Microsoft or Data Warehouse Environments
