Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Interior Design Specialist. As a specialist in commercial design, approval, and construction solutions, we deliver exceptional service to our clients and foster a culture of quality and innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading interior design concepts across various project types and scales, translating client needs into creative yet practical design outcomes, developing documentation packages from concept through to delivery, and collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and other internal departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and contributing to interior design concepts
  • Translating client needs into creative and practical design outcomes
  • Creating detailed documentation packages
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring attention to detail in design and specifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Qualification in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
  • 5-10 years' experience in practice (childcare, education, workplace, or health experience an advantage)
  • Strong design sensibility and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/3D visualisation
  • Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
