We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead for our Tarrawonga site.

This role involves maintenance and repair of heavy mobile equipment, relief supervision, work management, and breakdown coverage.

  • Perform routine maintenance on heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team
  • Manage work orders, parts, and records in a CMMS system
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet performance targets
  • Maintain high safety standards, adhere to housekeeping protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • A relevant mechanical trade qualification and current driver's license
  • Experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar leadership role
  • A strong background in heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance
  • Experience in coal mining or heavy industry environments
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications
