As an Apprentice Chef, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a commercial kitchen, working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create delicious dishes for our guests.

You will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting senior chefs in meal preparation and presentation
  • Learning about different cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Developing your skills in food safety and hygiene

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be eligible to complete an apprenticeship (Australian/NZ Citizens or Australian Permanent Residents)
  • Basic knowledge of cooking principles and terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
