Mercure Newcastle is seeking a Full Time Breakfast Chef to join tour small kitchen team.As our full-time Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of breakfast dishes, from traditional full hot breakfast to healthier and continental choices.
You will manage the kitchen breakfast section efficiently, ensuring food is prepared on time, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully.Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToPrepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffet showing variety and flairEnsure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control proceduresKeep all working areas clean and tidy.
Chef is required to wash all dishes during serviceAssist with inhouse functions, restaurant and cafe food as requiredEnsure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned.
