Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to contribute significantly to our organization as a Senior Treasury Accountant. You will report directly to the Financial Services Manager and be based in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash and liquidity reporting, treasury operations, and intercompany reconciliation across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Prepare monthly reports on liquidity forecast and reporting with variance analysis.
  • Review bank and cash reconciliations ensuring all items are cleared.
  • Determine daily cash requirements and arrange funding.
  • Prepare quarterly rolling forecasts and monitor outcomes accordingly.
  • Manage the intercompany reconciliation process ensuring agreement on transactions and balances.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a Treasury Accountant.
Requirements:
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related field, preferably with membership of a recognized professional body.
  • Proven experience in cash flow management and calculations.
  • Advanced spreadsheeting skills using Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Previous mentoring or managerial experience would be beneficial.
  • A willingness to adopt digital working practices and continuously improve processes.
