Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving the implementation of People & Culture initiatives to foster an environment where staff are respected, valued, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership teams and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies addressing workforce challenges.
- Develop and implement HR processes such as organizational design, workforce planning, change management, capability development, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
- Provide coaching, facilitation, and team-based interventions to support staff growth and development.
What We Offer:
Temporary 14 hours per week position until 6 September 2026 with the possibility of extension. Competitive hourly rate + 12% super & salary packaging. Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values staff well-being and growth.
Requirements:
Experience in Human Resources or a related field with a focus on business partnering. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and drive projects forward. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations. Relevant certifications or qualifications desirable but not essential.
