About the Role
- Assist project teams in implementing company HSE Plan, policies, and procedures at the project level, ensuring audit requirements are met.
- Aid project teams in improving HSE performance, training staff on company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Review and monitor key project performance indicators for HSE.
- Assist with company internal audit program, reviewing audit reports and closing corrective actions.
- Attend client and external meetings, audits, and inspections as required.
- Assist with incident investigations, making recommendations, and implementing corrective actions.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum two to three years' work experience in a HSE role within commercial construction.
- Experience working with a tier 1 organisation or large/complex commercial construction projects.
- Certificate IV OHS Management.
- Exposure to HSE accreditation process.
- OFSC & AS/NZS4801 experience.
- Willingness to mentor project staff in preparing and implementing HSE Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement company HSE Plan, policies, and procedures at the project level, ensuring audit requirements are met.
- Improve HSE performance by training staff on company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Monitor key project performance indicators for HSE.
- Support internal audit program, reviewing audit reports and closing corrective actions.
