About the RoleThis specialist will be part of our Family Preservation Program, collaborating with families expecting a child or with children under 18 years old to strengthen family relationships and prevent abuse and neglect.
The duties include engaging and supporting families, conducting initial assessments, developing case plans, and partnering with other services to support the family's next chapter.
As a strengths-based practitioner, you will tailor your support to individual family needs and work towards building strong, positive relationships.
