Fun Squad Service Manager Role

We are seeking a professional and dedicated individual to oversee our PCYC Fairview Heights Fun Squad Service as the Service Manager. This role presents an opportunity to lead a team within an innovative culture, bringing excellent communication and knowledge to your work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the service to ensure operation in line with government regulations, legislation, National Quality Framework and organisational requirements.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand, while inspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma in childhood studies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority.
  • Ability to take on responsibility of Nominated supervisor.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary OSHC team.
