What your day will look like….

You'll spend your time leading a passionate team across multiple service areas, collaborating closely with hospital executives and clinical leaders to ensure facility services are seamlessly integrated into patient care. Whether you're reviewing service performance, engaging with union representatives, or exploring innovative ways to enhance operations, your focus will be on creating environments that support healing and dignity. You'll guide strategic planning, champion continuous improvement, and foster a culture where every team member feels empowered to contribute to exceptional care. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of facility services across the Darling Downs Health network.

Darling Downs Health's (DDH) region is a large geographic area covering approximately 90,000 square kilometres across Southeast Queensland.
