Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to spearhead quality excellence in our national manufacturing business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading Continuous Improvement projects and a proven track record of driving quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of Continuous Improvement principles to elevate quality across all processes.
- Drive and facilitate projects aimed at fostering a "Right First Time" culture.
- Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to roll out Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build capability and ensure all Continuous Improvement activities are documented for long-term organizational improvement.
- Conduct internal audits to meet and maintain both customer and business quality expectations.
- Oversee product trials to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze data and spearhead site-based improvement projects.
- Implement and manage Non-Conformance Report (NCR) programs.
- Provide in-depth training on quality standards and requirements.
- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement roles.
- Strong background in leading Continuous Improvement projects.
- Expertise in root cause analysis (RCA) and quality methodologies.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Strong auditing skills (certification preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication abilities.
- A degree in Engineering.
- Be at the forefront of our quality transformation, leading innovative Continuous Improvement processes and Capex projects on site.
- Enjoy autonomy and the flexibility to shape the future of quality management within our organization.
- Competitive salary up to $156,000 (inclusive of superannuation).
