As a Research Fellow or Senior Research Fellow, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of educational and research activities aimed at improving the care of people in primary and community healthcare settings.

The Discipline leads these efforts, and we are looking for someone to manage the 'MyMedicare for older adults living in residential aged care homes: mixed-methods evaluation' project. This involves supervising research officers, managing project operations, and liaising with stakeholders.

You will work closely with investigators and be responsible for overseeing project management, including ethics and governance applications. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in building effective relationships and networking across disciplines.

We are seeking applicants with a PhD in a related discipline and/or relevant work experience. You should demonstrate a commitment to keeping up-to-date with discipline knowledge and developments, as well as a track record of high-quality research outcomes.

A Research Fellow (Level B) is expected to conduct independent or team research within their field, while a Senior Research Fellow (Level C) makes original contributions to the research effort and organisational unit.
