Your role as a Personal Banker is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with customers, providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs and objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver win-win solutions for our bank and customers. Develop an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals, and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.
  • Guide customers through personalized lending solutions. Explore tailored personal loans and credit card options to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Be a lifelong learner. Bring your brilliant mind, and we'll help you take your career to the next level with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
  • Build connections. Support customers, give back, and make our communities a better place... while having some fun along the way.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Picton.

What You'll Bring to the Role
  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer needs.
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Eagerness to understand and share what makes our organization unique.
  • Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
  • Experience in consumer lending - a plus but certainly not essential.
