About the Role

This position involves working closely with customers to understand their goals and designing solutions that meet their objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customers' current and future goals and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
  • Provide personalized lending solutions by exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Become a lifelong learner and take advantage of on-the-job training and other learning opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career.
  • Build connections with customers, colleagues, and the community by being a team player and contributing to local initiatives and events.
