Workshop Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to take charge of our workshop, driving job flow, ensuring teams are aligned, and transforming pressure into performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, with excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities will include prioritizing jobs, minimizing delays, solving problems before they escalate, and maintaining seamless communication between Service Advisors and Technicians.

The successful candidate will be able to motivate and support technicians without micromanaging, promoting a culture of accountability and respect.

Maintenance of compliance and quality standards is essential, with a focus on establishing a tone of excellence from safety to warranty compliance.

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician in a dealership environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes, compliance expectations, and audit implications.
  • Natural leadership abilities, having earned the respect of techs and advisors.
  • Skilled communicator, able to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively.
  • Mechanically qualified (preferred) or strong leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Ford systems or Pentana DMS is a bonus.
