Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments on large value lending transactions. This includes syndicated and bilateral loans.

  • Develop and present recommendations and comments on credit submissions to the local Credit Committee for approval.
  • Regularly review credit proposals for new and existing loans, and manage portfolio restructuring and variations as required.
  • Monitor the post-approval loan drawdown process.

  • Liaise with and report to the Credit Risk Management team to ensure inherent and residual risks are addressed according to global guidelines.
  • Undertake industry-specific research and provide insightful feedback to the Corporate Banking and Risk Management team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management principles.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or accounting is preferred.
