We are seeking a highly motivated and service-focused individual to join our People Advisory team, working in our contact centre based in Eight Mile Plains. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing coaching and support for Team Members at all levels on Payroll and People Systems queries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service experiences through efficient evaluation, closure, and/or escalation of all queries and advice.
- Meet all KPIs and objectives aligned to HR Service Delivery objectives and targeted service levels.
- Work closely with other HR service teams to ensure learning and knowledge sharing across all HR and business teams.
- Provide valued contribution by identifying process improvement opportunities.
You will bring a strong risk lens to ensure team member privacy is maintained and personal information is protected. You will also be adaptable and comfortable with change, demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
