As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing leisure and lifestyle activities for residents, with a focus on improving their quality of life and promoting social interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging leisure and lifestyle programs for residents
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and carers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Integrate Bayswater Gardens into the local community through events and activities
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or related field
  • Experience working with people with dementia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
