**Cranbrook Care is looking for an energetic and friendly Receptionist **to join the team at our premier aged care residence, Bayswater Gardens, located in Abbotsford.**

Opened in early 2017, Bayswater Gardens redefines aged care in the inner west. This carefully considered modern residence offers all of the comforts of home, in an elegant architecturally designed and very personalised environment.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity exists for a caring and team-orientated Receptionist to join the team. You will provide administrative support to all areas of the residence and recognise that no two days are the same in aged care.

You will be involved in answering of phones, meeting and greeting visitors and families and general office duties.

In this hands-on role, you will develop a deep and broad knowledge and understanding of our staff and our residents, enabling you to deliver exceptional client services that are responsive, inclusive and sensitive the diverse needs of our staff and residents.

You will be supported by the Residential Services and Relations Manager and a team of expert partners from the Cranbrook Care family.

- Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Strong verbal, written, and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent personal presentation, outgoing and approachable personality
- Willing to learn and be flexible
- Able to work across a number of databases when trained
- Good multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- A professional and personable telephone manner
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Be vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (including Booster)
- Experience working in Aged Care/Community Care or in a retail or Hospitality environment (desirable)
