About Our Roster Management Role

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Roster Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and timely rosters for our Collectors, ensuring adequate coverage and meeting operational requirements.

This role involves managing daily runs, processing timecards, tracking staff availability, and responding to urgent changes. The successful candidate will have experience with electronic rostering systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt their style based on the needs of the audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing 20 daily runs across Melbourne, handling critical collections in hospitals, nursing homes, and blood deliveries
  • Scheduling 75 staff members to ensure adequate coverage for Collection Control and Home Collection
  • Processing timecards accurately and in a timely manner
  • Managing sick leave absences promptly to avoid service disruptions

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the health industry, sound knowledge of rostering systems, and the ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
