The Role:

The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality administrative services to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Just Better Care office. As the first point of contact, the Administrative Support Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining a professional and enthusiastic image of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office team
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Current and clear Criminal Record Check
  • Cert II in Business Administration highly desirable
  • Experience in administration support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sound computer skills
