We are a respected establishment specialising in authentic Chinese hand-pulled noodles and traditional cuisine. Our CBD branch is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our operations.
Job OverviewAs a hands-on Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain high food quality standards, and lead our service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and manage staff effectively
- Train and develop a team of staff members to achieve high performance
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations
- Manage staff scheduling and payroll administration
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Monitor sales data, prepare reports, and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance services
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Related qualification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English (Mandarin language skills highly valued)
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience
