Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Join our team as a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and success in the Aggregates business.

This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who can leverage customer insights to shape direction and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include identifying and driving new opportunities, managing a rolling orderbook and pipeline, and conducting market analysis and gathering market intelligence.

The successful candidate will be a strong commercial and critical thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory and team objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain a 12-month rolling orderbook and pipeline.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years field sales experience within a relevant sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales process methodology and ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate product or offer features and benefits to a value proposition.
  • Experience dealing with varying levels of stakeholders and Tier 1-3 customers.
