About us The JPL Group is the largest specialty jewellery retail chain in Australia; including iconic brands - Prouds The Jewellers, Angus & Coote and Goldmark, with over 450 privately owned and operated stores employing some 4,000 Team Members nationwide.
We are recognised by our customers for providing quality, service, value and style; and to our Team Members, we are known for creating an enjoyable and supportive working culture.
About the role We're looking for a passionate and energetic Learning & Development Business Partner to join the JPL Group and help shape the future of our people.
In this pivotal Support Office based role, you'll focus on revitalising current eLearning modules as well as designing new and dynamic digital content.

To thrive in this role, you'll need proven experience in a retail environment and a strong understanding of what it takes to support fast-paced, customer-facing retail teams.
You'll work closely with leaders across the business to identify capability needs and bring learning to life in a way that's practical, impactful, and aligned with our values.
If you're ready to make a real difference and grow with a people-first, values-driven organisation that is focused on continuous improvement—we'd love to hear from you
What will you do?
Revitalise, design, implement, and monitor engaging training programs across the JPL Group, with a focus on onboarding and induction.
Develop and organise training materials, including manuals, multimedia aids, and visual content for delivery as impactful online training modules via the LMS.
Coordinate all LMS administration, ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting.
Conduct regular quality assurance activities to ensure content aligns with JPL Group standards.
Gather and analyse feedback to continuously improve training content and adjust delivery methods.
Provide technical and user support for Team Members and Senior Management on the LMS and communication platforms.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to collaborate with Department Heads and Regional, Area and Cluster Managers on training initiatives.
What skills and experience do you need?
Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
L&D experience within the retail industry is strongly preferred, to help you hit the ground running.
Proven experience in designing and delivering online training programs, particularly within fast-paced retail environments.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies for course management, tracking, and reporting.
Expertise in eLearning content authoring tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions tailored to the business.
