We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end la carte restaurants at middle management level. They will possess formal qualifications in Hospitality or Restaurant management and demonstrate expertise in training, development, and counseling of staff. Additionally, they should have a current RSA certificate and excellent wine knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clear customer focus by ensuring service standards are consistently met.
  • Train and induce new staff, providing ongoing coaching and team development.
  • Order stock in a timely manner and adhere to resort guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in high-end la carte restaurants at middle management level is essential.
  • Formal qualifications in Hospitality or Restaurant management are required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training, development, and counseling of staff is necessary.
  • A current RSA certificate and good wine knowledge are beneficial.
