Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, located on the stunning Cable Beach in Western Australia, offers a relaxed lifestyle with easy access to major cities and amenities. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant manager with daily operations.
This role involves maintaining exceptional customer service standards, ensuring staff presentation meets resort standards, and training new staff. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-end la carte restaurants at middle management level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service standards;
- Ensure the restaurant's presentation and staff appearance aligns with resort standards;
- Provide training and coaching to staff for continuous development;
- Order stock efficiently and according to resort guidelines;
Required Skills and Experience:
- Formal qualifications in Hospitality or Restaurant Management, or equivalent work experience required;
- Demonstrated experience in training, development, and counseling staff;
- A current RSA certificate or ability to obtain one;
- Good wine knowledge;
- High personal presentation and grooming standards;
- Strong verbal and written English language skills;
