Job Title: Strategic Insights Specialist

About the Role

This role is part of our Asia Analytics team, responsible for shaping the future of EA Sports FC Premium in one of the fastest-growing football and gaming regions in the world.

We are looking for an experienced analyst to enhance our data capabilities and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities that inform smarter decisions for go-to-market and live service strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Product Development: Design and build data products and dashboards that guide decision-making across Asia publishing.
  • Advanced Analytics: Translate game and market data into relevant insights using advanced analytics techniques.
  • Data Integration: Write scripts and queries to integrate data from multiple sources, including third-party APIs.
  • External Data Sourcing: Source external football, gaming, and market data through APIs, pipelines, and web scraping.
  • Championing Data-Driven Practices: Champion data-driven practices and support governance to strengthen our analytics culture.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional analytical experience using data to improve processes.
  • SQL skills and proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
  • Work with third-party APIs and external data sources.
  • Excellent collaboration and partner management skills.
  • Familiarity with EA sports FC, competitive gaming, or live service ecosystems is a strong plus.
