Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Support Analyst to join our team.

This is a key role that involves providing technical support and guidance to colleagues across the business. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and implementing new solutions.

As a Business Systems Support Analyst, you will work closely with internal teams to align systems with business needs. You will also assist with project governance, documentation, reporting, and risk/issue tracking.

Our ideal candidate has around 1+ years' experience in IT support, customer support, or a helpdesk/service desk role. They have strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and willingness to pick up new tools.

The role requires exposure to ERP or business systems, preferably with experience working directly with end-users. You should have a knack for creating simple, clear documentation or training guides.

Solid attention to detail and accuracy with data and processes are essential. Additionally, an interest in emerging tech (automation, AI, low-code tools) and a willingness to experiment and learn are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as super user for Business Central and other key systems
  • Troubleshoot and support colleagues with day-to-day queries
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and workflows
  • Assist with project governance - documentation, reporting, risk/issue tracking
  • Roll out new features, tools, and process improvements
  • Deliver training, onboarding, and simple, clear documentation
  • Help teams get more from Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, etc.)
  • Partner with internal teams to align systems with business needs
Requirements
  • Experience in IT support, customer support, or a helpdesk/service desk role
