We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Expert to lead our transformation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing and documenting business processes to ensure they align with our strategic goals.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity that requires strong analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to define measurable benefits and quality outcomes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading stakeholder engagement to define project scope and objectives.
  • Eliciting and documenting business requirements using advanced facilitation and analytical techniques.
  • Analysing and documenting business processes in line with enterprise process standards.
  • Translating business needs into technical solutions, including system and data requirements.
  • Maintaining ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis within complex transformation projects.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of modern business systems and project methodologies.
