We offer an exciting opportunity for recent graduates of a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering to join our team as Graduate Civil Engineers.

The role involves providing project support to Senior Engineers, assisting in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects. You will also collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
What We Need From You

We require recent graduates of a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering with relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.

Previous student vacation/internship experience in a consulting environment is highly desired.

Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries is also highly desired.

Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
