Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support senior engineers in planning, designing and executing projects across various industries.
  2. Analyse data to inform engineering decisions and drive project outcomes.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  5. Create and maintain technical documentation, reports and drawings.
  6. Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:

Recent graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.

Previous student vacation/internship experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.

Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries is also highly desirable.

A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
