Lead Operations Manager

Job Description:

As a Lead Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the daily operations and performance of our facility. This involves providing strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership to drive a thriving facility through various services including aquatics, health club, cafe, gym, and allied health services.

You will be responsible for managing and operating the facility in a leisure or service-related industry. A proven track record of success in this area is essential, as well as business and financial management skills.

The successful candidate will be passionate about coaching, developing, and mentoring staff, while also having practical knowledge of operational management.
