Director of National Facilities Management

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the national facilities management function, ensuring safe and compliant operations across various sites.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the national facilities management team to ensure reliable operations and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement a national facilities maintenance strategy to drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
- Oversee energy management and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Negotiate key supplier and contractor relationships to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and lease agreements.
- Provide financial oversight of large-scale expenditure programs.
- Support construction, refurbishment, and renewal projects.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and specialists.
- 10–15 years of experience in facilities management or property leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree or extensive industry experience in facilities management, engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance systems and building compliance regulations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
