Job Opportunity:

    We are seeking an experienced HVAC Professional to lead a residential team in the Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of HVAC Technicians to perform residential heating, cooling, and ventilation duties while delivering outstanding quality of work and customer service experience.
  • Coach Technicians to drive the team to meet installation quality standards.
  • Achieve target gross margin goals on all residential HVAC installations.
  • Recruit professional Technicians through traditional recruiting and networking efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (understand and abide by compliance requirements).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least five years of residential HVAC Installation experience, including diagnostic troubleshooting and service repair abilities.
  • Master MD HVAC License holder.
  • Ability to provide leadership, mentorship, training, and coaching to a team of Technicians.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel to other locations, for training sessions and/or meetings.
