As a seasoned finance professional, you will assume a leadership role in developing our finance function.
About the Role- You will act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, driving continuous improvement and growth through accurate financial and strategic insight.
- You will lead a team to drive high performance, accountability and personal development.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with all members of the organisation and present to senior leaders with ease.
Responsibilities- You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
- You will lead annual budgeting and rolling financial forecasting processes.
- You will champion Integrated Business Planning for finance.
- You will drive optimisation of accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory to reduce working capital.
- You should be CA or CPA qualified with a strong technical foundation and broad commercial accounting experience within FMCG or similar industry.
- You should have 5-10 years experience in similar roles.
- You should be predominantly based in Geelong, Victoria, with some travel required.
